@TheOtherHalf: I use ctrl+r and type what I want constantly. It isn't the fastest, but it's what I've been doing for ages.

@swsboarder366: What are you doing when it goes out? Also what is it like when you get home? Can you still get to it from your LAN?

@sir_pantsalot: No kidding man... My friends in Germany get 2 months off (they aren't new hires, but still) it's ridiculous.

@OCEntertainment: I hate it when people put stuff off all week and dump it on you on Friday...

@swsboarder366: What does "down" mean? Can you still get to the box but Apache isn't responding or the whole box is unresponsive or it's locked up or what?

@nycrite: He knew that, but wanted to know which branch.... NSA, FBI, CIA, HUD, State, Local, Boarder Patrol, what?

@TheFu: I worked in a couple AS400 shops that had a ton of OS2 Warp4 workstations (Warp3 PBX too), but I always stayed away from coding with the exception being TCL for eggdrops. ;)

@Honkycat: I wash my hands and if you don't or are in the habbit of touching door knobs and then sticking your fingers in your mouth or picking your nose or sticking your fingers in your eye my cold is the least of your worries ;)

@TheFu: I assume he is talking about over a network otherwise he could just give her access to the folder.

@David Clark: Setting up Samba doesn't take 3 clicks man...

Save the sick days for when you can actually enjoy them. Work sucks, so if your sick you might as well be at work.

@geekgrrl77: Once I make it in to work I never leave. I mean you already wasted hours getting ready, coming in, being at work... I do a whole day or not at all.

@TheFu: What you meant to say is "Yes, an easy way would be a great idea!" ;)

@TheFu: After seeing your other post I would assume that you might be the only one that would remember this...

@TheFu: I'm about even to be honest. I've never had a panic on a server or a BSOD. Truth be told I have had boxes not reboot (on both sides), but I've never had them out right bomb while they were online. I've had interfaces wack out, spoolers die, and the like but they were never hard down (unless we lost a drive).

Linux can not play WoW w/o 3rd party help and as such the graph is accurate.
