Hmmm...when I opined that this would be a longer term meltdown in the car market back in March on these comment boards, multiple people here acted like I was both nuts and some kind of pessimistic communist for even suggesting that possibility.

Ummm....Lincoln already tried that and it was a colossal failure.  They even resorted to a tie-in with that horrible OCC motorcycle “reality” show to try to move units.  It didn’t work.
