Remember the end of FNAF 1? This just might be the skull of Phone Guy who was killed by Freddy while hiding in the spare parts room.

Could be hinting the Phone Guy, since he hid in the spare parts room before he was killed by Freddy

Just my opinion, but maybe that is the head of purple guy, and it doesn't appear in the good ending because why save the murderer?
