Saw something else that said the new version is 8.0, which makes sense.
It would help if you'd include the latest version numbers; pretty sure mine (7.7.0) isn't the latest.
Apparently, 7.7.0 is not the most recent update. I've been trying to save a map for over an hour now.
Agreed. I have lifetime map updates for my Garmin unit; in my Nissan Murano, they're $99/year (in 11 years, I've done two updates). For $99, I could buy another Garmin!
Actually, I've never received an invite from an airline; it's just appeared on our boarding passes. In fact, my wife had Pre on her recent Southwest flight . . . the first time she's ever flown that airline (well, since it became Southwest; we used to fly PSA a lot). ;)
Did you read the article? "...about 26 percent of the entire browser market..." I'm actually surprised the number isn't higher.
My wife and I have been getting Pre status since sometime last year, including overseas flights. We didn't apply: the only thing I can figure is that we are members of both United & Delta's frequent flyer programs, and we fly half-a-dozen times a year. Or, her status as a former TSA screener and mine as a retired Air…
As long as you don't bake the cake, of course.
The past tense of "spin" is "spun."
Not working for me at all. I click the extracted .exe file, and there's a bit of a blink as though an application is starting, but nada. Task Manager confirms that no new process is running. (Win 8.1, latest versions of everything.)
Lead should state this applies to Verizon EDGE, not More Everything.
The Qi charger is out of stock at Amazon, with no replacement date known.
Errr...why a fighter jet (that doesn't deliver nukes) at the top a story about ICBM officers? Also, fact-checking for the win: It's not a "100 percent or fail" *policy.* It's a practice, yes, and not a best practice. A passing score is actually 90 percent.
Is SwiftKey really that much better than Swype? I've been using Swype since early beta, and don't know how I'd get along without it. I tried SwiftKey when it's swipe-friendly version was in beta, and it didn't do a thing for me, so I haven't tried it since.
I was in a Verizon store today, and the M7 and M8 were side-by-side. Given that my current phone is a Galaxy Nexus, both are very good looking; however, I thought the M8 was more attractive than the M7. Of course, it would have been easier to spot differences if the one demo model didn't have that idiotic $45 plastic…
Isn't that generally the case with Deadspin?
Your average Red Sox fan, and EVERY Yankees fan. Amirite?
Joe Maddon might be the smartest manager in the bigs.
And of course, the first thought we ALL had: jacked, or juiced?
