This is what I've been doing. They're not worht a whole lot, nickel here, quarter there, but often enough you'll get stuff worth 2-5 bucks. I haven't paid money out of pocket for a game in about 6 months just from selling CS:GO skins and weapons.

The "exit" at the bottom of the menu just exits that screen. You can't exit the game from the menu in Red/Blue.

This has never happened. In red there is no way to completely exit the game through the menu(If it could it would've been done hundreds of times by now). However there is a specific in game code that can be used to soft reset, but it's only happened once in like 3,000,000 + button mashes, so it's highly unlikely.

I ripped the left shift key off an old keyboard back in the day. That whole windows shift key thing drives me fucking insane.

This game is amazing, it's the 4chan /b/ of video games. Give people a medium where they can do/say anything with little or no consequenses and you will be astounded by the vast depths of human depravity.
