I agree. This is a good parent making all the choices clear to their child, hinting at what they would do and letting them decide. I bet that scene is going to show an awesome formative moment in clark's childhood.
THQ owns the rights now as far as the Relic/Homeworld fan community knows.
It's a very simple reason really. These games require people to "gift" each other items to progress in parts of the game. Often players create multiple accounts so they can help their main account.

Relic did Homeworld, the Dawn of War franchise, and Company of Heroes franchise along with Impossible Creatures, The Outfit, and Space Marine.

Definitely not "sprites" or "text-based crap".
Much closer to the latter. I didn't start "playing" social games/zyngaware until I got involved with Blackbird over a year ago. It's not a "Zynga" style game.
