Rightfully so the NFL is under the microscope, but the NCAA makes me so angry. It's the petri dish that creates the worst of the NFL, in my opinion, and no one is up in arms.

I would recommend a quick rinse of the pork belly to get rid of the excess rub. I've made pork belly countless times, and find that it can be too salty without a rinse.
