As much as I love the 70's silver & black paint, and the fact that I like to own one of those last real full sized Chryslers, this isn't my style. Why would anyone change the front of a Newport to emulate a Roller? Crackpipe.

Lost Wagon Technology Update: Can anyone tell what the Lost Wagon Technology used during the 60's and 70's seems to be lost on today's wagon substitutes (The SUV and Minivan)? Here's a hint. Chrysler Wagons from the 70's:
I really really really hate to say this, but it deserves saying anyway. When Murilee is away on a LeMons track event, have you noticed that the number of weekend postings are down, just a bit. On weekends I crave the odd, the unusual, the downright questionable when it comes to automotive fixations. I add a couple of…
@Charles_Barrett - Now with Variable-Valve Timing: Nice to see you back to your old self Charles....
@tonyola: I'll do you one better: Remember this post?
@Novaload Misses Murilee: How can you NOT love those Dodges. They were full of Character, Distinction, and had an in your face attitude. Cars today? Bland bars of soap!

Yes you are right, #10 is the front wnd of an old U-Haul truck. Also, Suburban Doors were relatively cheap, so use them to extend the body. Even if it was painted in one color, it would still look like crap though.
Someone brought up Corvair in this post? Behold a black striped, orange Corvair:
OK People, here are the facts about GMC. Yes, as car enthusiasts, we all know they are the exact same thing. However, according to research (and GM has all of their dealer provide financial statements each month) The average transaction price on a GMC is higher than a comparable Chevy. The Wholesale price to the…
There are several Fantasy Car Companies running around in my head... So, all the cars at these locations:
Ah, I hope I'm that limber and agile when I reach 80. I only I reach 80, being in and around the crappiest drivers in the country (Ny and NJ) I have my doubts.
@stevesfiero: Steve, this is the original Dustbuster:
And it will never make it to North America....
