Watch it subtitled in Japanese if you're a fan of Nana Mizuki.
"I call it... RUNNING."
"a world where George Washington became a malevolent despot known as America's first president."
Metal Gear is Kojima's white whale. It tortures him, but he cannot cease in his endless pursuit of it.
There are very few games that do not insult my ideologies. I'm a Christian pacifist, and yet Assassin's Creed is one of my favorite game series (although, to be fair, it does play along with my anarchist sentiments). Even relatively innocent games like Spyro and Kingdom Hearts glorify a level of violence that most…
You're pretty bad at both logic and history.
Wait, you have to control bikes? No wonder I've had such a bad experience with them.
That's actually pretty funny.

It sounded like you were disappointed in AC because it is a poor "stealth" game, not because it was bad on its own merits. I wasn't arguing that it was realistic so much as that it never promised to be a true stealth game, and that perhaps your genre expectations (based on modern connotations of "assassin", hence the…
From what I gather, the real-life Assassins were more like the Altair than they were were Snake or other hardcore stealth characters.
