That attitude of the government taking up parents' slack is exactly the problem, in my opinion. It weakens the emphasis on personal responsibility that made Westernized countries prosper. I think shop owners should be able to impose curfews for their property, but the government should not.
Some of those images got quite a raise out of me, if you know what I mean.
They should let you participate in the battles as a hero character. Who is weaker than the standard soldier in every way. Unless you're Arya Stark, for some reason. Then you can just stick them with the pointy end.
I guess I just think allowing government into the home in any form is wrong, even if with good intentions. But it's happening more and more, as fewer people feel capable or willing of facing the challenges of parenthood.
