Tzion: Kojima-san doesn't have to make Metal Gear any more.

Most of us aren't as familiar with that scene as you, Luke, so it should be ok. To me, it looks like he got Drake'd. Cole was pretty forgettable in the first game anyway.

To be honest, I'm disappointed that there's no magic (again). I really want a console successor to Link to the Past. Besides 3D Dot Game Heroes, I mean.

This looks and sounds a lot like LOVE. Which is a pretty cool game, btw.

A 1:43 scale Kyosho model runs $40-$50 online (before shipping), so there's the cost justified. I think the keychain is more subtly appropriate for driving enthusiasts, though. [www.hlj.com]

@valentine_nick: Hey, they've gotta please their constituents at home.

@KazeXone: The difference is that it's 1-1 visual tracking instead of 1-1 movement tracking. Far more precise. But yeah, I don't think anyone ever said it wasn't lifted straight from the Wii.

@Bloodoflamb: Then the right analog stick should be placed in the primary position on the controller. i.e. where the face buttons are on both consoles.

Wonder how long it'll take for R4's to arrive on the 3DS?

I can't stand the 360 controller, honestly. Symmetrical analog sticks have always felt more natural to me.

Hopefully they'll show off a Star Wars game for Move at the Sony presser today.

Did Live not have video chat before? I mean, they've had a camera out for a while now.

Piano black and chrome? Touch sensitive buttons? Something sounds familiar...

@Cool Story, Bro: This is a direct sequel to AC2, I believe. AC3 will probably feature a later descendant of Altair (and Ezio, in all likelihood).

I've got a 500 GB drive I bought for my PS3. I think it's great that they'll finally save people the costs of buying a second drive. With digital distribution on the rise, large internal storage will be necessary for any successful console in the near future. Maybe there will be a TB system by this time next year,

This didn't feel like realtime gameplay. Perhaps the disconnect between input and action was too great. I could have sworn the player was copying the onscreen avatar and not the other way around.

The most intimidating part of using 16-button controllers is learning how to hold them. Once you do that, your fingers are just always in the right places. It's not like they didn't spend a lot of marketing research to make modern controllers intuitive. They just didn't feel like also making them silly.
