Why do people reach for such extreme measures? There are so many, less drastic things that women can do. Such as:

Not having an orgasms during vaginal intercourse is not the same thing as never having an orgasm, is it? Don’t a fair number of women who don’t have orgasms during vaginal intercourse have them with direct clitoral stimulation?
