That isn't what happened at all. Her wedding was planned, then her sister later got engaged and planned her wedding 2 months after and wanted greenheart to come to Europe for it. GH said no she couldn't. I think that's reasonable. She didn't say she expected anything out of her sister given current circumstances.

No, I think she's saying you take advance sick leave against future hours worked (like if you accrue say 4 hours of sick leave per pay, that goes to "pay back" the maternity leave balance before you start building up more sick time out of the red). But it's also basically saying, don't get sick after you come back!
