I mean the kit they used to upgrade this car is like $20,000. You’d think the cost of a turbocharger could be squeezed in there.
I’m sure you could find someone with a regular hatchback that would be willing to pay you to swap the aero bits with their own.
What scares me off from these is having to replace the two throttle body actuators every 10k to 30k at $1100 a piece just for the part.
Not this specific car, but it was one just like it. ‘90 Nissan Maxima. It was and probably still is the most reliable car my family ever owned. We sold it with 400k miles on it and I wish we’d kept it as a spare vehicle.

Subaru can’t be cheating. Their MPG is already bad enough.

My coworker and friend is from Switzerland originally and has always loved America and Mustangs. He’s now been here something like 8-10 years and has been a citizen for 4 years. He went and bought a Mustang last year and I happened to spot the paperwork for his financing. I wish he would’ve taken me with him when he…
Well, the engine does have a turbo variant, it’s just in another car.
Last Mustang I owned was a ‘01 so oops. I thought my coworkers ‘16 had it on the passenger side as well, but the plethora of responses proved me wrong.
Ford trucks have it on the left, but the Mustang has it on the right.
I love the face, but hate the taillights.
To be lazy and to leach off of your knowledge, how does one keep leather from getting all “cracked” looking? I bought a (used) BMW in April and the left bolstering on the driver side is starting to look cracked, but it doesn’t feel rough. Hopefully this can be saved from getting too much worse?
