I’ve long been convinced that every single movie Vin Diesel stars in is about one of his RPG characters. TBH, Babylon 5 is still in the sweet spot for me, F/X wise. I mean, yes, the state of the art has moved on, but the digital effects they used were good enough not to be jarring. I watched the series for the first time in probably 2011, 2012, and I wasn’t thrown by them.
