The elderly problems are not tied to birth rate in that way. People just live way too damn long in Japan. How are lots of elderly people a birth rate problem? Do more births mean elderly people die more?

The tools CPU stuff is busted (maybe not in this case). I have no idea what list they are using, but there are a lot of processors that benchmark far above the i5-4590 that are failing this test.

Shaders are actually code though. Each shader contains it’s own set of intructions, the asset that comes along with the shader is usually inconsequential to the rendered behavior and isn’t what’s considered a shader. You can also have shaders with no actual art assets that just act as overlays for assets.
Adding code to the original code base is changing the code base by adding to it. It’s just not changing the base code.

I mean you could give it a shot, and see if you can benchmark a game at 2160×1200 using a virtual resolution or something, and see how your PC holds up.
I disagree, I think this is a very beautiful engine and that the setup makes for an easy to work on car. This is one dropped into a Factory 5 kit.
I dunno I have a Radeon R9 390X that I got for like $350 and it performs just fine and passes their compat test. I have no idea why anyone would pay nearly twice as much for a video card that has less performance.
Actually Honda has tons of cars with turbos and nothing but low end torque. I don’t know where that idea came from. Lord their decent N-Boxes here have turbos:
