If you are just watching the series for the first time, I can safely say that out of the 600+ episodes that you have left to watch, Rock Lee and Gaara’s fight is firmly in the top 3 battles in the entire show. Hell, I could make a solid case for it being a top 3 battle in the history of anime.

Is Suikoden underrated? It’s one of the most sought-after videogames out there and it got rave reviews.

I, personally, like the Shikamaru/Temari fight better -- which comes after the battle you just described.

Love this, but I’m shocked that you’re at the Chunin Exams arc and you haven’t even once brought up Rock Lee in an article about how good Naruto battles are. I’m pretty sure his match with Gaara was before this one that you’re referencing.

Suikoden 1 is so short (10-15 hours on a replay) I never feel like skipping over it when I’m in the mood to replay some Suikoden. Especially when it’s so intrinsically connected to Suikoden 2.

It started with the fillers. Then Naruto Shippuden destroyed any remaining remnants of what the show used to be. The opposite of Dragon Ball Z.

Wait, short of character deaths that can occur in mass battles, who’s revived in Suikoden 2 that dies in the first game? Plot deaths/player choice deaths are all permanent and some even continue in the second game if you start a file with that save data.

I know I still have a long way to go to finish the series. But if this Neji fight is a taste of things to come, I’ll be in for the long haul[...]

Yes plenty, ex:

I remember the build-ups and conclusions to fights being really good, but the filler and lead-up was usually interminable...are there any viewing guides that cut out the bad stuff?

Sacrilege, I know, but I actually like 1 better than 2. While 2 starts off amazingly, it gets pretty grindy and boring at quite a few spots. 1 just flows really quickly and easily.

Add to the fact the series also hold some of the best soundtracks ever

He’s nothing more than Log Cabin Republican. And he knows nothing about Black people. And Castro, a superior candidate, who actually understands black people is barely getting any traction.

Articles like this highlight why I stick to single player games, almost exclusively.  Even if 90% of the people playing actually play the game correctly, that remaining 10% can sap the fun out of the entire experience.  Couple that with the toxic language and blaring music that I hear when I play online shooters, and

“Askance”? Everyone’s favorite article writing pokemon “Thesoreruss” must’ve assisted here.

I don’t like them. The numbers are harder to read. They may have sharp corners but even they say that the molding isn’t uniform. I would prefer my dice to be cnc milled down to .0005" out of larger blocks, backfilled the lettering with weighted paint like the casinos and be highly visible with sharp corners.

The downside is that the Kickstarter campaign creator is going to get the Kickstarter payout after the campaign closes out in early December 2019. That means the creator (or the company the creator has set up for this work) will have to declare the money received as income for 2019, and pay taxes on basically the full

Hey, they are REALLY beautiful dice, but I can’t get over the fact that it’s $50 for a set of resin dice that I won’t get for at least a year.

While no one can deny these look great, there’s no way I’m backing this. The fact they won’t be available for over a year, won’t be balanced and there’s a huge risk in them being unable to meet their demand given the success of the Kickstarter campaign.
