For whatever it's worth, I appreciate you covering Bronycon... wish you hadn't gotten so much crap for it. :( Thanks for putting in the effort, especially under the circumstances.

Just a 'lil bit. That plus back pain made for a wonderful cocktail of depression. On the plus side, my surgery consult is tomorrow, and I should be back to sitting around all day in no time. :)
After a bit of a bummer of a homecoming, today was greatly brightened by going through all of your entries to pick out there very best. As fate would have it, I stumbled upon omeanizot's entry just as the concentration of Persona-loving Kotaku writers in our chat room was at its daily peak, and the winner was chosen.
Coestar series got me into Minecraft and god I can't stand SeaNanners Minecraft videos he acts like he doen't know how to play.
Coestar as well.<3
Announced back in April with few deets, finally we now know what the Legend of Zelda version of the…
they exist so people can comment on how something they don't/can't/won't do sucks but they can do it better or how "X", "Y", or "Z" are better.
Penny Arcade has been fantastic all week. It's been a guest week, but the artists' different approaches have all addressed the "sex talk." Friday's was my favorite, a very informative version on the talk and why people have sex that's still hilarious in the delivery. And hell, overall there's something both funny and…
...Have you tried Twitter? Or Tumblr? Those are pretty major websites.
Yes, that happened but it wasn't really bronies who did it, what that girl did which made her so hated was she claimed to be a feminist and said that all males who watch mlp ruined it and shouldn't watch the show cause it was ment for women and young girls and men had no right to watch it. What she brought down was a…
I generally don't actually interact with bronies so I have no idea what they do. I just enjoy the show once a week when its on and read the occasional article. I sure as hell find them more enjoyable than gamers when I do talk to them though.
So, let's go out on a limb here. You've offered one example out of millions of fans. Suddenly, the minority represents the majority. People love to bandy about arguments like this when it suits their case. But let's see. How many cases have there been where a murderer claimed he got inspiration from a video game to do…
The problem comes from stupid and outdated gender stereotypes. Far too often people have taken stupid, vapid shit and labeled it "for girls", because they felt that they could slap some pink and some unicorns/puppies/rainbows on it, and girls would eat it up. So, when someone delivers actual, quality stuff, people…
Truth. $75,000 or so was donated to help the kid. T
I seem to remember gamers going nuts over a sniper rifle being nerfed slightly and a developer being sent death threats and threats to rape his family. All gamers need to be closely watched by your logic.
I posted this as a reply to someone in the last article, but the comments were a bit better there. I don't want to paste it as a million different replies here, so I'm going to post it once as its own comment (and probably on every pony article until people get the idea). Here is what the creator of the show, Lauren…
I don't get the appeal of the show, but the amount of hateful comments here is pretty disheartening. People like different things, it isn't hard to understand.
What, this wasn't the original version!?

Just this silly little mouse pad. That's all nothing else. Well...
I was really nervous about a tv series. They always ruin it. Look at the Harry Dresden show from a few years ago. Ugh. But, if you haven't tried it yet, get the audio books for these. They are awesome.
