Try googling “straw man.”

Try the last paragraph.

Know what's worse? Overblown sanctimony.

I literally just read every comment under this story (including grays), and there isn’t a single one that says or implies anything negative about the way Chew has led his life.

Well you can see the steel barriers above, they certainly are close to the track aren’t they? IndyCar doesn’t demand the same track standards as F1, and pretty much everyone will tell you that the Glen is kinda scary. For a series that runs 195mph+ on temporary street circuits lined with concrete walls and 245mph+ on

Compared to the IndyCar of 2009, the new one makes quite a bit more power (around 750hp in road course trim compared to about 600, plus the new car probably makes more torque) and more downforce.

I didn’t prepare the car. I just drove it. I was communicating the issue with our crew chief throughout, deciding what to do. FWIW, the noise from the exhaust was not nearly as prominent in the car. I mostly just heard it knocking against the floor of the car.

That looked like an instructor out in a HPDE1 group. If that happened at any event I’ve been to we’d have every racer in the field up in the timing tower yelling for a full teardown of that car. I’ve seen prototypes that couldn’t chew through a well slower field like that.

Like the other commenters it’s just like I how remember in Gran Tursimo, when I pick a cheater car that’s way overpowered compared to my rivals. Don’t know how they run tech but we had a issue with the GTS cars cheating badly in NASA. Their numbers on the dyno were fine but on track they were walking away from cars

that was me. no big whoop. i do this all the time on Forza. here’s the proof. only takes me 2 laps to leave the pack behind. I was having an off day that day.

It doesn’t say Drive Now Longer

As a Brasilian I was and still am so heartbroken for how he lost in 2008. Racing’s racing, but crossing the finish line, thinking you’ve won the championship IN your home nation only to find that you lost by 1 point to Hamilton...utterly heartbreaking.

Deal with it.

can we talk about just how gotdamn wide those front tires are on the Corvette?

I’m actually a first responder, and I think I know pretty well how to undo a seatbelt, whatever colour the button is. Anyways, most of the time I just cut them.

*rushes into room*

AWD too. Throttle out, it may not improve the situation but it will end the suspense.

This is why we need fully automated bikes. There are too many injuries and deaths due to people who are in control of bicycles. It’s dangerous to them and dangerous to others. No more humans in control of bikes.
