I imagine that after spending time on the Raft, Wanda has very little desire to go back to supervillain prison. Also, it’d be hard for her to catch up on her reading there. 

I loved her introduction here, but I agree that the final 2 episodes felt rushed and half finished. I think the writers got into a corner with her character, as they didn’t have an idea of what to do with her past her introduction.

The impression I got after reading interviews with the showrunners is that COVID-19 screwed with the finale, which is why every supporting character’s arc felt unsatisfying and we never saw Monica, Jimmy, and Darcy together as a group.
