First of all, your metaphor makes no sense. Because picking up the trash does have an actionable consequence, ie “that area where I am is now less dirty”. Nobody picks up an individual piece of trash with the idea that it will fix pollution, as you said.

Also I was not weaponizing statistics. I have personally experienced firsthand hate and bigotry. I have literally been physically assaulted and bullied for who I am. Because I have experienced those things, I don’t wish the same onto anyone else.

GirlfriendReviews was harassed and goaded to self harm. Some other streamers have also reported receiving death threats. So don’t sit here and say “some people were being mean to them.” It is dismissive and cruel. It is the equivalent of saying “suck it up buttercup, you deserve it.”

What’s the point of leaking this though? I think it’s pretty clear why the no fly list isn’t public knowledge for national security reasons. It’s not really whistleblowing because it’s not revealing any misconduct.
