Oh honey...

Paul F. Tompkins should definitely do a "Paladin Killer" song on Comedy Bang Bang. Isn't his Ice T character big into fantasy?

I got my black mail on
I got my black gauntlets on
I got my helmet on
This shit's been too long

Cops in MN are now wearing body cameras. Either way you look at it, it's a win. Cops won't does as much wrong (hopefully), if they do, they'll get caught. And it will change citizens behavior knowing they're on camera.

I think a lot of police cars already do, at least in a much, much more low tech way. Dashboard cameras for police vehicles are fairly common in some areas.

Regarding that last bit, in Russia, every car is required to have a dashcam for that exact reason.

I think it's a great idea.

So long as the cops have no way to delete or alter the video they record. All cops should be recorded all the time they are on the job. Watched cops are polite cops. It's why so many seem to have issues with being recorded themselves.

I'm waiting to come across a Victorian era chat-sex bot for Steampunk enthusiasts.

Even after she lost her day job and was forced to make ends meet by working in the sex industry, ELIZA still dreamed that one day she would work as a psychotherapist again.

What a shitty prequel to "Her."

Interesting comparison. Tell me more about version of Neuromancer.

It's like the dumbest version of Neuromancer ever made.

I see the Joker more likely being Jared Leto character, Angel Face, the one that got beat to a bloody pulp by the narrator (Which would explain how he got those scars).

Fight Club —> The Dark Knight

Time to put this baby to bed:

The thing with Casablanca is that we can imagine what happens next. Everyone has the sequel in their minds. That's what makes that story so magical. I once read a quote about why the Special Edition of Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind sucked. We didn't need or want to see inside the ship. The movie did a perfect job

Terminator > Matrix > Dune

I always liked to see the Matrix as the sequel to Terminator 2 (or 1). They fought the robots, humans ruined the atmosphere to stop the robots from using solar energy (which is why its alway dark in the future scenes of Terminator) and the robots ended up capturing people to use as batteries.
