Thanks, Dubai. Now "Ornamental Police Fleet" is a thing.

I think you're right, Raph. I have an '02 (Bugeye) WRX, and there are many huge forums just for that car, whereas most cars have a couple forums that owners who are into forums gravitate toward. I think I've joined 4 or 5 Suby forums at some point when researching problems. Some big ones: NASIOC, ClubWRX, Scoobynet,…
Exactly! If you described it to me without photos, I'd scoff. But it just works.
Haven't seen it, but that thing is Bayad Ayass.
I think they're banking on the idea that the average consumer has no knowledge of the relationship between Fiat and Chrysler, and still thinks that anything with a Ford, GM, or Chrysler badge is made in the USA by local workers and that anything else is made elsewhere by foreigners.
Interesting. I know Saturns and, of all things, Alfas do well. "Winning" is also a hard thing to pin down in LeMons specifically since winning on laps is largely ignored in favor of the IOE. Winningest Chumpcar might be interesting also, as would be comparing the two.
I do love a good eighteen wheel drift.
Some of the Bimmer X3s were recalled for the heated seats catching fire. Can't remember what year.
They don't make this anymore.
You can still have fun with the Evo, you just can't go to work.
Atlanta baby boom due in 9 months.
...wake up in your Bimmer and believe...
M as in Mancy
"Why the hell are you doing this?" is the stupidest question I've ever heard.
Thank you Gary. Would you (or anyone who is informed and/or knowledgeable about the specifics) care to comment on any similarities between Schumi's injuries and those suffered (and generally recovered from) by Richard Hammond when he put that rocket car on its lid?
You should run autocross ESPECIALLY in your shitty car.
Why not? People said they would never buy Hondas in the '70s. Kia and Hyundai have come a long way. The Stinger looks like the right formula. If they keep it simple they can pull it off for under $30k. I'll buy one. You're right though. Porsche should be doing this too. Hell, I'd love to see a small fun sports coupe…
So it is kind of a "because badass" situation. I'm ok with that. It does look fun as a toy.
That a problem?
I'm not sure I get the snow tracks thing. Being basically able to never get stuck sounds cool, but I'm sure handling is shit. All tracked vehicles look like they're slow, top-heavy, clumsy and not really that fun to drive. Is it just a case of "because badass"? Or am I missing something?
