So many people are about to be indicted for this. Couldn’t happen to more deserving people.

Square Enix’s ports of these classic games have been an absolute joke. It would be one thing if they’d botched one or two of them then gotten their act together, but it’s every single time they release one. And they always seem to be asking at least $30 for a 20+ year old games.

While I was fairly young when this happened, I still remember it and the only thing I could’ve told you for years was what she did. It wasn’t until years later that I discovered her side of the story. I suspect even now lots of people don’t know it because as you point out it became just a late night monologue joke.

I’m not alone in being weirded out that McConnell has already said he would back that approach. It’s the antithesis of his job as a Senator to imply that a president is a king, but here we are, seeing the creation of, in essence, a monarchy.

Domestic abuse is treated differently (better) now than it was then. There are many more options for abused women and they’re taken seriously. The norms of society change and sometimes it’s good to go back and re-examine those changes.

A) Lorena was a victim of long-term abuse from her husband. Abuse has been clearly been shown to mentally affect victims. Listening to the description of how she was found, which is not just coming from her but multiple places, it should be pretty damn clear that her mental state was clearly not sound.

You know the worst part about this fucking thing.

The national emergency is going to get tied up in the courts so long that Trump will never see a single foot of his wall. Eminent domain lawsuits alone should carry it well past the next election.

Politics Corner - Riddle Edition. When is a ‘national emergency’ not a national emergency? When it is by any objective standard not a national emergency! Illegal border crossings are down by 75% since W Bush (Thanks, Obama!), every reputable study shows immigrants including undocumented commit crimes at a

I get it. It takes a lot to get me to the point where an artists terrible behavior can ruin their work for me. Like, Adam Baldwin was a key character in a bunch of stuff that I liked, and I can still watch them. But it does take my enjoyment of them down a few percent.

I really can’t stand that he and Andy Dick were both part of a top 5 all time sitcom in Newsradio.

So lunatic conspiracy theorist vs Sam Harris bro who never got past the “what if reality isn’t real” level of drug thinking. I vote giant meteor.

Also, both guys are honestly to good looking to be believable as shut-in hackers, but you could at least buy Keanu as a weird loner type. Smith’s natural charisma would have made it hard for him to sell that part of the character.

There was a point where I would go to bat for Reloaded, but Revolutions is pretty indefensible.

Will Smith is a fun movie star, but Keanu Reeves’ reaction to the world of the Matrix and the way he played off of Laurence Fishburne really make the movie great.  It’s cool to see Smith have this sort of reaction to turning down the role as opposed to being bitter.

This article probably needs a definition of wobbling for those of us that have never heard of it before. (Yes I know I can find it elsewhere but this isn’t an SSB only site)

>”How hard is it to say ‘Kenta (Nathan Drake in Eng)‘?”

Mmm using an RPG to make a point about Japanese culture.

Interesting, I did not know that. I apologize if my comment seemed insensitive towards any cultural norms. I was not aware of this and would not have made the (bad) joke if I did.

That is actually a very cultural thing in Japan. One’s hair has a lot of significance, and people will cut/shave their hair in Japan to signify a big change in their life (and how committed they are to the change - in this case assuming the burden of the confessed lie).
