Um, who gives 2 shits what state is depicted in the generic traffic photo used in the lede? How does that affect the article in any way shape or form? If the author had selected a picture of Tennessee traffic would that have somehow made it better for you?

While I agree that revoking someone’s drivers license for not being able to pay their fines is counter productive and just leads to a vicious circle, what would be the punitive punishment instead? Why not enforce something like community service to repay the fines owed?

Before I owened an RF I would have agreed. Having one now I don’t. The ease of use is worth it and I don’t think you’d save much weight. Also the way to top drops without sacrificing trunk space is worth it.
