I have to say, The Rational Walk’s tweets that you quote sound like very obvious sarcasm to me, so I don’t think that’s a fair one to rail on. The rest are pretty over the top, though.

I find its apparent corollary, “wifey” even more obnoxious. It makes my skin crawl. But they’re both just awful and I want them gone.

Where’s your evidence for that? Sounds like the opposite is in fact the case from other comments. Roku wants to be given a lot of money.

That’s not how that works. It often takes waiting for the platform to launch, and its popularity to be seen, and the reaction from users, to grease wheels.

I don’t believe it’s an active choice on their part to not support Roku so much as difficulty coming to terms with Roku on providing it right away. They came later for other services because it took time to iron out the terms.

Odd, the ones I’ve used clearly show red when it’s closed.

On the Lenovos it shows red when it’s closed.

I wasn’t asking for only the clip. Not sure how you got that impression. I’m talking about a controller. I already have a clip for my Xbox One controller. Still too large and cumbersome to carry with me.

I’m not talking about the clip, I’m talking about the much smaller controller. I have a clip already for my Xbox One controller, but carrying that with me is too burdensome.

They’ve micro-managed in various ways in the past, including not granting wireless access to anything but extreme edge cases. Wouldn’t be a new move for them, and would be appropriate in ensuring games play as intended.

Lenovo built sliders into their ThinkPad Yoga X1s and it’s been great for my clients who use them. Simple standard function.

I’m deeply depressed to realize that when I have to replace this I’m going to almost definitely get something bigger. I love the size. Hopefully the Spark sticks around, because between everything you said, and my own experience, it sounds like such a great little vehicle.

My wife bought the former, while I await my new liver. I spent $1500 on having to get it rebuilt. Mine is the model year after the extended warranty settlement. The year they supposedly fixed.

Nah, the Spark was where the magic was. If they had to keep one, the Spark seems more appropriate. It’s quirkier and a little smaller.

A few years back my own aging car was giving me enough trouble that I was renting cars every couple of months while its issues were dealt with. I used it as an opportunity to try various different small cars, most of which I hated (Fiat 500: I’m glaring at you). But once I tried the Spark it quickly became my go-to,

This. The only reason I still use Control Panel as much as I do isn’t because I love it, and isn’t even because of familiarity. It’s because so much just hasn’t actually migrated to Settings yet. On top of that, some things that have made it over are half-assed or much harder to work with. Networking management is

Surprising Microsoft signed off on it like that. Major deal-killer for me. Hoping for something official from Microsoft designed to better attach to the phone.

I don’t see a coupon. Comes out to $21.99 for me.

DisplayPort is what Apple uses, but it’s not theirs per se.

I feel like the screenshot answers your question.
