yeah, totally understand that, we all do.

I don't plan on denying her that privledge. But right now, I'd rather play legos with her, teach her to ride her bike better, swim, etc.

And to add. back in my DSM days the best advice I got was "its not rocket science Chad! Part a bolts to part b just like the manual says, with 22lbs of torque". that took me from changing oil to rebuilding the motor.

I did, for the longest time. I still like to go my oil changes. but given the chance to spend the extra time with my 5 year old, I'm paying for the maintenance. however, because I've been under the car, covered in oil and other fluids. I'm not afraid to take my car somewhere because I won't be taken for a ride.

You see, Top Gear's playground is also where McLaren develops its cars, so they know exactly what a P1 can do on that sacred piece of tarmac, come rain or shine. In that car? Yes, with a smile, and my foot firmly planted on the gas pedal.

way too much. It's basically just a shell right now that hasn't moved out of storage in 10 years. I'm going back and forth on a running 94 that a friend has and swapping everything over until I finally get to build my stroked motor with appropriate turbo. Sadly, the real motivation is coming from the fact his car

You're not the only one. My DSM is sitting in my garage under a cover waiting to be resurrected. Might be very soon.

Not sure about the 3.5R, but the Atom is legal in the US and manufactured in VA at VIR by TMI Motorsports. http://arielatom.com/
