EDIT: I made a joke that was already made. Shame!

Hey guys! Guys! You can totally get the Triforce in Ocarina of Time! I just saw the screen shots!

@Borello-Crompton: But you still experienced a gaming lie that had an impact on how you played. I think the article goes too far in saying we've all lied about games, but it's right on the money when it says that lies play a role in the community.

@k4man: You know that chamber from Empire? That where he goes to practice sounding like a badass.

@sephycloneno15: Yep. I haven't read that book in years but that scene stuck with me. He started feeling proud of Luke and it caused him physical detriment.

@sephycloneno15: Don't ask questions you don't really want the answer to.

I was wondering when this story would end up on Kotaku.

This seems germane to the conversation.

@V: DIES IRAE!

Replace "steel" with "plastic" and it works a lot better.

Wait, wait. Is Pulver actually his birth name? As in "Pulver pulverized his opponents."

@Alyeska2112: Nah, man, Fichter's The Bank Manager.

@billysan: I used to play bass for Sex Warship.

@wack0br: I like the idea of customizable armor and guns more than the actual implementation of it. I would get flooded with crap waiting for the next best gun, which I would immediately equip. ME2 streamlined this with the upgrade system and a limited number of new weapons that were something of an event to receive.

@glucious: I'm right there with ya.

@BadUncle: Yes, but at least the original's ridiculous production design was faithful to the comics.

@Mr.CardHolder and Mr.Doe: What Nivenus said. Besides, io9 covers all of genre fiction, and the lines can get pretty blurry.

@Delphinus100: I'd feel bad for the researcher coming home. "Finally! Normal day/night cycles! Wait. What? SONOFA-"

@01SNKOWNR: Dystopia? Really? Certainly not a Utopia, but definitely no worse than regular Topia.
