I found a Squirtle and when I caught it it froze on the pokeball. After I reloaded the Squirtle was gone, my pokeballs were gone and I didn’t have a Squirtle. Screw you bad servers!

It has never done so for me. Just make sure you have the money when it releases. If I recall correctly they send you an email a week or two in advance saying that it is going to be charging you. I was able to sign into my account finally, by the way.

They charge about a couple days before release (the day it ships). At least that is how it has worked for Lightening Returns CE, Final Explorers CE and the others I’ve ordered from them.
