That's cool. Good work for sticking at it. One of the best rewards in gaming is making a great fortress.

I seem to remember scientists discovered some bacteria frozen in some ice somewhere..... It was around a couple of years ago. People were scared it was a deadly virus/plague/bacteria or whatever that would wipe us all out.
Yeah, I did read that they used old data for their study.
True, but it was pretty quick as explaining stuff for those who play their games but have not played this particular one.
*Sigh* Again with the Klingons? Mr Scott, give me full power!
Oooooh I completely misunderstood you. I thought you meant the girl just as a normal everyday person and not a staff member for the game.
It isn't nerd bait, it's just a rare thing to have 1. A girl who is into games and (for many people, more importantly) 2. Is attractive - Therefore, it's the perfect idea. You get a hot girl to sleep with, to have dinner with (perhaps doing it for you) and all the other things, but also won't nag you about playing…
That was sexual enuendo at it's finest.
Damnit, I forgot to say, I thought the tutorial was pretty good. It's spilit into each area, Military, War, Diplomacy, so on so forth, then into skill levels, Basic —- Advanced. I went through all of them in about 30 mins and it was well worth it!
DF is stupidly hard to get into. Not to mention most of the updates usually break the game. I tried to play it, I wanted to enjoy it, but I couldn't get paste the terrible UI. The graphics fine, the complicated economy system fine... but damn the UI was terrible. I mean, if the guy allowed people access to the code,…
This game is awesome. Anybody who is into grand strat games should get it. It's just so fun and deep.
She could kick my ass, but the question is, could she make a better Star Wars movie than her dad?
My theory is that those in charge are very "old fashioned".
Wait... What? Did I say it was a good movie? Did I say it was brilliantly written?
Oh no I agree, but I was saying that it's one fo Americas hang-ups, and since they have the money for the films, they have to keep it within the "American ideal"
Yeah, but while humanity, at the moment, want such things like oil, if a safe and renewable energy source was found that everybody could use, it will mean the desire for such things will drop. Hopefully we'll also discover an alternative for plastic. Eventually, humanities technology will allows use to mine asteroids,…
I didn't mean explode, I meant expand.... I posted it early in the morning and was being retarded.
Epic. Imagine if it was some super awesome world that took months to make.... Ah... Do it again, find one and destroy it. I shall laugh and give you internets.
No..... He wasn't saying it as a question, he was saying it as a question somebody reading the article might say.
