Agreed, hopefully people just forgot or didn't use it in the first place. Either way, it's the most exciting part of the prospect of a R/S/E remake.

I cared, it's pretty much the only thing I remember loving to bits about R/S/E. I preferred the previous games in almost every other way. Although I have recently found out they overhauled the maths and systems behind the game, which obviously is a hugely important addition, but was unnoticeable to me when I played

Just to weigh in after having finished the game, Hoenn is repeatedly emphasised throughout the game, and I think I remember Sinnoh being mentioned once, but no other region is mentioned at all. It's a bit conspicuous to me that they mention it so disproportionately much. That said, your theory on a revisit in later

Haven't got a clue, I don't use any Mac products, sorry :P.

Agreed, Nintendoland was great and I can't understand the hate it gets. It's STILL my most played title on my Wii U.

Oh wow, I can't believe that. Magikarp cray man.

You know what, I'm totally replying really late to this topic, but I was looking around seeing whether anyone agreed with me on their favourite Pokemon games. I 100% agree with your choices, which is frankly amazing. The thing I always find surprising is that, yes, Gen IV was a supposed improvement, but it became

That sounds incredibly frustrating, I can see why people would hate on it for that. But yeah, personally never had any problems and bloody loved it. Big shame :/.

I dunno, as irritating as Red Steel could be, I still enjoyed it. Also, seriously? First was MadWorld? That was well into the life of the console, there were a bunch of great games before then. Still, your opinion I GUESS :P.

Forget the mod. This demo already manages to be funnier. This makes my day, especially when I get to boogie on down :D.

What's the word on pricing? Looking forward to it :D. I'll take the opportunity to say thanks for creating such an awesome and funny mod as well, we need more humour in games.

I'm inclined to say the latter

Agreed agreed agreed. It just looks like Galaxy with an isometric perspective, multiplayer and even more wacky. With all of these weird and funky ideas going on in the trailer here, count me as on fucking board with this. Wasn't excited until now.

You know, I was in Sweden over the summer (Malmo to be exact) and I saw a closed shop called 'smorgasbord'. I assumed it was just a funny coincidence, but it's actually a Swedish word? What does it mean in Swedish?

Well, looks like the streaming was expecting a little much, but I'm happy I was right about their approach to 'steam machines' and the announcement of a controller.

Well, as far as I know they've been very cagey around the idea of whether they're actually making something themselves or not. I have a feeling since some of the hardware team got sacked and aforementioned cageyness, they're probably making a specific third party deal, or just showing off a bunch of third party

I am very aware, I think you've misread what I was saying. But obviously as people have said, booting directly into an OS just to play games is horrendously inefficient for people who like to use their computers for lots of different things. I was speculating that some hardware that could be used as a secondary device

Wat? No, I mean a controller that you plug into a TV, that is powerful enough to stream games over your local network from a more powerful PC in the house. I believe that is the streaming technology Valve announced, I'm just speculating on hardware.

I think it's fairly obvious from the announcement that this OS is meant for a secondary device in the living room, not as a primary computer. If we're lucky they'll announce a streaming device that runs it rather than having enough power to play games locally. Going from the picture of the controller, my bet is on a
