I already want a Surface, have wanted a Windows tablet since I tried out Windows 8. In my mind, there's only one way to justify spending 100's on a tablet; shrinking a desktop OS to a tablet platform well, rather than expanding a mobile phone's feature-skinny OS to a tablet platform.

Whoa, only one ethernet port? And is this really twice the price for something with similar function and performance? Never bought a router myself, only used ones provided by ISPs, but usually they seem annoying and break.

Wow, this is pretty damn snazzy, could well be worth it. That said, I know the connection at my family home isn't good enough to stream anything seriously, and I use my PC for everything at University.

I am sending my e-mailz to the pyro update? Fixplz.

Ooh really? Still weighing up whether it's worth playing the whole of the London level again though, I thought it was one of the most boring parts of the game.

Hm, well it added enough to clarify what was going on, but there wasn't any new dialogue between characters, or any cinematics. I kind of expected more than a voiceover and pictures for how long they spent doing it and how much they said it would add. So, what was added is still good and I enjoyed it, just not as good

Pfffft. I gave 'em all 5's, couldn't tell the difference between any of them. But then I took your advice last time and keep all my music at 160 kbps variable, and I've never regretted it.

You sure?

They do a lot, and they don't get a lot of money considering what they're providing. They JUST finished new iPad and Android apps (and they were brilliant after the wait too). Be patient :).

I don't care how much this costs, I want it. I haven't bought a tablet until now, it's not that I don't like them, it's that I've always felt Desktop should shrink down to tablet, rather than mobile should expand to tablet. So many missing features and connections...

If Windows users, Apple users and Linux users annoy you, don't people just annoy you? Or do you have a soft spot for chromebooks :P?

That's the best feature I've heard so far! That annoyed me so damn much XD.

You always should justify what you put if you want people to listen, as far as any other person is concerned you could be dispensing misinformation. I like to think if you're a researcher (or even if not) you would see the virtue in being open about the integrity of what you're saying. There are a lot of people out

I say it. I think it's a southern British term really. Otherwise it's a cob or bap :P. Too many words for something so simple. Bread roll is the most accurately descriptive though imo.

I think most of us don't really care one way or another. It's so prevalent it's just accepted. If I saw something like it in real life I would still be horrified, I don't think there's any question about that. But yeah, I think really I've just tuned it out and really look to other features in games to entertain me.

Weird though, he didn't seem loony to me, just depressed. The guy worked on a game for 3 years with no feedback, and then people are personally insulting him over the internet, I'd probably be exactly the same as him in his position XD. I don't see how you couldn't get personally attached to something you've so

I'm aware aha, mainly because I used to play Nifflas' games for a good few years XD. But I guess the point is it's that public face that actually has changed everything. So many more people are making indie games now, and people are calling out for more of those fresh ideas. I'm not really sure what you're trying to

Agree.

'That being said, I don't see the "indie" movement as anything that's going to radically alter gaming'

I completely agree, every single bloody time there is an article on here. OMG HIPSTER. That's not even a solid bit of reasoning. It's just like I don't understand him and I don't like him, he makes indie games, so I'm gonna call him a hipster. They're all genuinely passionate about their work. That in itself is
