I think I kind of do this. I always do some background research into companies and positions I'm interested in then tweak my resume to reflect that.

I'm just wondering, but is it that way for you because you don't want to h ave other people's opinion or expectations involved in the process of the endeavor?

Could it also be since you didn't take time away from studying (hopefully?) by telling people about it, you were able to actually just do the steps necessary to perform? Interpersonal interaction is extremely time intensive and in your case it provides a nice backdrop to further conversation that would otherwise keep

Drop Box (or the like) it. Then your real problem becomes "what do I do without internet access"? (The external/flash drive suggestion fixes this, but not everyone can lug around externals or may be prone to losing flash drives :\)

If that was mine it would read "What the fuck dates grow on trees?"

Your complaint is valid. Edward Tufte (big data/information visualization figure) would most likely have a fit if he saw this.

Kids do cute things, sure. But I cannot see this as one of them.

The use of "proper" from the article is sort of a rarely used, slightly more colorful way of saying "exploring the hospital in its entirety". "Proper" when used in that context can be taken to mean the same thing as "entirety" - especially since that sentence that preceded it only mentions the mental ward, not the

Well, at a glance his last name does resemble "narcissist"...

I haven't checked in on kotaku for a while...when did Kate Cox come in as an editor? (I thought I knew all the regulars by name)

I'd much rather see commercials of girls passing candy with their mouths than any ASPCA commercial around Christmas time.

I'm waiting for people who work in customer support/service to pipe up. I'm sure they have their methods for dealing or at least ways to stay patient.

Saying "we arr different" could work as an alternative slogan on several different levels.

Farmville is a bit different from Harvest Moon. When you plant stuff, you have no active participation in tending them. Once seeded, it starts a timer that counts down to fruition of the crop, which is then harvested. Whereas Harvest Moon you are working toward an end goal and it takes quite a bit of effort to

Internet opens up many unsavory vulnerabilities - even more so than poll rigging or buying people's votes. Did you ever consider that someone could use a recently deceased person's credentials to gain an extra vote?

Sadly, I cannot provide a better suggestion.

Possibly. Better start downloading the internet before it's gone for good.

Before you point the finger at the government, you should also call out the millions who do not know what the effects of this bill will amount to if it passes. If people don't learn about it, stand up, and call it out then it's just as much the people's fault as it is the government and politicians who passed it.

OCRemix, Gamefaqs, Ultimate-guitar, and a lot of YouTube video walkthroughs immediately come to mind. There some others like this one website I used to go to for some difficult translations of Phantasy Star Portable 2 Infinity (JPN only) which uses screenshots from the game. Kotaku would also be infringing since
