The front end of the concept needed a little fine-tuning, but it was far more interesting than the boring productive version that eventually came out.

What are you talking about? The Constitution? We're talking about 50 years ago, not 150+ years ago. This is a law/tariff, and has nothing to do with the Constitution.

One other thing this new Tucson proves: Hyundai can stick with the hexagonal grill from the (weird) Genesis and (boring) Sonata and still make a good looking vehicle!

I would actually say the 2008 Malibu, for its time, was actually a pretty stylish car. The market evolved quickly of course, and left it behind, and the most recent generation was just... what? This one is very fitting with the here and now of cars, but like the '08 generation, I don't know that it will age well.

Amorphous blobs... that was the phrase I couldn't think of when I sent someone a picture of the interior and could only come up with "all round-y and weird". It's very unattractive, but at least the materials look like they have the potential to be nice.

"No Shaq it won't fit" ... "Yes it will" - That's HOT!

...it was a single-core Pentium 5...

That's really odd... I've tried everything from $2 bulbs directly from China to $60 "smart" bulbs and not a single one has had that behavior. CFL bulbs, yes... that's what they do. But never experienced that with an LED bulb.

My first job was working as a waiter in a small local restaurant. I had worked at this place for nearly a year when a semi-regular customer came in an ordered a half-and-half to drink. My assumption was he did NOT want the dairy product of the same name, but not wanting to appear stupid, I simply wrote it down and

Making some assumptions here, but I'm guessing they're not far off...

I actually think this is a part of the poly experience for many people. While I know many people who are, or have been in poly relationships, I've unfortunately witnessed quite a few of them being somewhat short lived.

Good to know. Now that I look at the actual name of that product, I'm questioning whether I'm thinking of a similar looking, but slightly different product. I may have to check it out/revisit it. Thanks!

Nope... Sorry... While I won't dispute that many of these are excellent, every single one of them has shit that makes the problem worse than when you started. Carmex is the absolute WORST thing I've ever put on my lips, while convincing me I had a serious problem that only Carmex could solve. Similar results with all

"This is the most magical Hyundai Accent, ever!"

Microsoft, being late to the game, is actually focusing on something called MirrorLink. It's a non-proprietary format that would be relatively simply to integrate in to most existing infotainment systems. As a standard, it could be easily integrated in to many phones running all sorts of operating systems.

I'd like to see information regarding the "V2.0 hardware"... Consensus had been that the two were identical, but if there was a revision, I'd be curious to read about it.

Actually in fairness... My M8 is the Windows version... They're identical in terms of hardware, but they do use a different Bluetooth stack because of the operating system. Perhaps that explains the difference. My assessment was probably a bit unfair.

As a fellow M8 owner, I can tell you that the problem is NOT the phone... the problem is the device you're connecting it to. My M8 works perfectly, without a single instance of any of the issues you've mentioned.

I'm not sure I'd entirely agree with you. If a device (of any Bluetooth version) is designed to spec, it will be backwards compatible. It's where they go off-spec, bend the rules and customize their implementation that backwards compatibly suffers.

Holy crap... this has been my existence for the last 6 years... I still haven't gotten to the break up point yet, but I have had some very bizarre proposals to deal with.
