@Jeremiah Gard: That has got to be annoying getting app updates for other phones. In froyo, there is an update all and auto update feature, so seeing this issue is not really quite as existent. However, most of those problems aren't so much an Android problem as they are a hardware issue. People are able to jump into

@complextinction: Wow! You sound like the perfect man. You must have six pack abs and everything.

@geolemon: That all said, I can't help but agree with Jeremiah in a way. Android is essentially the number one smartphone OS, and yet there are parts of it that I am so glad I don't have to deal with having a Sense UI phone. They are #1, there is no excuse for not being more polished. The Android camera app for

@wasting_company_time: Okay, you don't sound like an at&t commercial. More like one of those wp7 ones where you get hit in the head with the baseball. :D

@Jeremiah Gard: I got my Droid Incredible for $50. I also prefer the Android experience on a phone over iOS. Notifications on iOS are a nuisance.

The iPhone comes out on Verizon and now all of a sudden everyone on gizmodo is a world traveller and has beautiful friends with interesting lives that are on a game show calling them for an answer in which they'll need voice and data at the same time. I feel like I'm in some sort of at&t commercial video shoot.

@Luis Mazza: Me too. The Nostalgia is there, but usually it involves watching someone else taking all the glory, or me getting my butt kicked.

Still glad I have HTC Sense. I like the camera app.

@KyleW: Make an iPhone app for that.

@crateish: Apple did not create the first laptop. Apple did not create minimalism. Google does not have the same layout or use the same materials. Nor is that trackpad multi-touch.

If they got rid of the VGA and put HDMI on there and kept it all matte black, fixed up the few bugs in it, made it play with Android seamlessly I would be on board. But the AIR is sooo tempting.

@crateish: Apple created the first laptop?

@FriedPeeps: Actually, they're noting that the lack of crap on the outside allows you to focus more on what the software is doing.

@Pure87: The Chrome OS sort of makes most normal OS's seem like bloatware.

@Jon Morales: Uh. What you are saying is sort of conflicting. Having plenty of apps and games would require some sort of app store. The platform in and of itself was difficult to produce apps for. I remember reading an interview from those involved with the facebook app which kept getting pushed back. The Zune HD just

@Quasigizmodo: I agree. This screams "Nerd Rage", but not in the cool good way.
