I thought they always said the instances were unique and you’d never see another person.

I’m waiting on the PC version but i’m curious what the controls are like.
Should I get a joystick?

Go with your first thought.
You’re missing something.

“A greater quantity of levels does not make a better game.”

The first two levels are to teach you how to play and to understand why one level is enough for people who like the series... (They are not of equal size so do not equal 2/3 of content.)
BTW the Beta demo was only available to pre-orders so not exactly “free”.

It’s basically one level.
One massive level.
One massive level

TBH How else would you do it?
You’re supposed to be playing a character that is trained to be able to identify certain situations, know the environment and be able to predict enemy movements but if we have no GUI mechanic that can represent it, all we’ll see is solid walls.

If all you want to do is blitz through levels, see the story and then check out, then absolutely do that.
I pre-ordered the lot, i want to see all of Paris and try out loads of stuff on that one level before everyone moves over to the next one. I think episodic content was actually a good idea for Hitman.

I chose to administer the cure.

A lot of the tech in star wars has always struck me as what you get when the kids find their daddies nail gun and a Raspberry Pi and try to make a thing.

In X-wing alliance(i think) you could set up custom multiplayer campaigns with up to 4 teams I think. You could totally set up three teams of dozens of tie fighters against your own team with your choice of ship. :)

The game had many “Pre-xwing” z-95 transition builds, I think there was a whole chain of missions where you had to try and stop the “new starship prototype” from being completed and ultimately fail but you get to pick on some seriously terrible z-95's along the way.

They should do the meteor that the Millenium Falcon parks in briefly with the big worm-guy and give us all low gravity and oxygen masks or something.

...a company called Epic Games...

With that flat narration and constant complaints from the people playing the game i’ve been put off slightly if anything.

You might’ve been “Oh that’s Jason Todd. Duh” but you can not be sure until the reveal. Unless you can’t find any other alternatives int he wider Batman mythos, which, if you know about Jason Todd, you most likely know enough to know other likely candidates.

Absolutely disagree.
This game was significantly about fear and Batman’s fears. Among his worst fears are, failing the city, failing his friends/allies and (spoilers) turning into the Joker.

Being good at a character is not the same as having fun with a character. ;)

I really hope, if nothing else, they follow through and polish/release, the non-roster characters that you fight during the singleplayer.
They’ve hinted at it but Nethrealm(Boon) has always had a bad habit of stringing people along.

The roster is diminished by what? 5’ish characters?
Yet every character ended up with 3 playstyles. We definitely ended up with more than we would’ve gotten.

Yes yes yes!
I’ve been waiting for this. Tremor has always been way more interesting to me than Jason/Predator/Tanya were.
