Again, we're talking about release and again I point out not all games have preload so, can't say overnight download is necessarily available. I'd get the disc quicker on this occasion.
*Sigh*
So let's turn this around.
I can download a game overnight. This means discs shouldn't exist at all anymore why?

I thought it was going to be Egypt.
Someone managed to tie the following images together.
The first being from ACIV. From one of the email exchanges in the future first person segment of the game.

I wouldn't/haven't/didn't compare driving to a shop to buy a game to digital downloads for inherently obvious reasons so I also wouldn't include midnight releases.
I've not once said that that buying a disc is "Always and without exception better than digital downloads"
I said: "Digital is nice but downloading has it's

Yes you are quite right.
When I said:
"I've yet to find a game on release that hasn't sold for less on amazon than it has on it's digital platforms"
I did indeed mean new releases...

I agree digital owns for sales but that's a different kettle of fish.
Release sales are more important to me because that's when I want the

Year of Toad?

In my experience discs are usually cheaper on pre-order/release day than steam/origin/uplay/etc.
But i'm from the uk so my results might be different.
Most of those platforms tend to take american prices and just replace the $ with a £ rather than work out the difference.

I don't buy games on disc because I'm of the "old guard" I buy them on disc because downloading 12gb or more takes bloody ages, i can get a disc and have the game immediately and then choose to uninstall it if necessary in the knowledge i don't need to download it again.

Did this ever actually happen? I logged in that weekend and the next and nothing.
Where did the news even come from I can't find an Injustice website that claims it would do?

The concept seems awesome to me if not incredibly difficult to pull off

It probably just won't allow you to use custom tracks.

Anything with an energy meter goes straight in the bin.

I think it's right to have a consistent game with a more solid universe.
yes there is a merging between Mario/Wario/Donkey Kong but it all works well together.

Smash brothers proves that you can mix and match universes successfully and is good fun but if all games start doing it, it will simply lose it's charm. No one

I agree with this.

They've basically given up.

The most annoying thing about the sharks for me was when I got to the end of the game and had cleared all the Abstergo challenges except a minor few, i'd already finished all the underwater sections long ago but one remaining challenge was "Survive 10 attacks from Sharks" of which I had 1/10. :( I'm good at stealthy

I think I'm a grey player myself.

Hating Origin is perfectly justified.
Has there been a single game launched on origin that has gone well yet?
Maybe the settlers?

Anyone who experienced it's launch with BF3 will be having second thoughts, even if they overcome them for BF4, anytime you have to consider Origin you have to think twice.
You'd have to be mad

As would I. I'm only pointing out that it's a problem, problems are not necessary impossible, they're simply problems and this is one that I haven't seen anyone else point out in the comments yet..

Yep! It's probably as easy to do as it is to say...
