Good. You can’t just withhold money belonging to someone because you think you are a better caretaker for it. If the guy needs a guardian or conservator to care for his money, then they should have tried to apply for that through the courts.  I have zero sympathy for these assholes.

Someone shooting another person in cold blood like this should automatically be considered for manslaughter charges.

To be fair he should also be facing quite a few terrorism based charges as well, and they seem to not have done that either.

Why in God’s name was this wretched execrence given any kind of bond at all?? HE SHOT MULTIPLE WOMEN AND DID SO WHILE OUT ON BOND FOR SHOOTING SOMEONE.

My goodness... any clarity on why he was charged with aggravated assault rather than attempted murder? All I can imagine is that he walked up to them and specifically shot them in the arm so they ‘could no longer drive.’

My sister often pays for the guy behind her at tolls. Considering this is in the California Bay Area (traffic from hell 24/7) it’s a pretty sweet little gift to stressed out drivers.
