Completely agreed. Data is data, period. There is no reason the nextgen version couldn't "import" or just flat out read older save files. There are no technological hurdles preventing, just developers not doing it.

Most popular Wii games had control schemes that barely used the motion aspects of the controls. The same will be true for Xbox games only to a greater degree because even Microsoft can't make a good Kinect game whereas the few good Wii games that used motion controls were done by Nintendo themselves.

no it doesn't, it just signs you into Xboxlive which has all your preferences already set up. its similar but different.

Its not us we're worried about. Its casual players using their mommy's credit card. It will show Rockstar that this is ok and then next thing you know you'll be seeing this in the single player mode being FORCED onto people ala Dead Space 3. Its a double edged sword. As someone who runs what seems to be a smaller store do you not have the right to refuse purchase on any grounds you deem necessary? You don't need to have legal justification for turning down a purchase; many stores do it simply because they feel the customer is being rude.
