We welcome you back to the fold with open arms and forgiveness brother. Rejoice in your homecoming and look back on this period not as one of darkness and evil but of learning.

Xbox One isn't getting hurt, i think this one is better.

This is all Sony had to do to win today:

Internet is already fast at work

Besides the $5 a month to play multiplayer, which as an xbox convert I was already doing, Sony just absolutely obliterated Microsoft. They spread them buttcheeks. Microsoft wasn't sure at first but shhh shhhh it's ok. It's ok. You'll actually like it. Oh Sony-sempai. Be gentle it's my first time~

Uh, no. If you don't want to play (online) multiplayer, you don't need to have PS+. No big deal.

No, not at all. It's mandatory for multiplayer... which sort of requires on-line anyway. Single player will still work just fine with or without it.

Right, there's... I don't see it. I don't see any reason for it to be a thing other than DRM.

agreed, lost sale, the game did sound cool, but the guy is a douche, he doesn't see the point of offline play, and then says unfortunately if u dc u cant play.

Really don't get the point of this always online single-player crap. Besides SimCity, I think Diablo 3 also had it where you needed to be online to play single-player. Both of those games experienced problems with this and those were on the PC.

I see his perspective annnnnd... I have no interest in it whatsoever. They're going to have to explain how running into real people makes an experience better—and I don't think they really can, because, honestly, it doesn't. People don't behave like AI, and if you're trying to be immersed in the experience, people

That's great since your XBomb will have to be online all the time, too!!

In this case i don't have a problem at all, the core of the game to work the best way is online. But when it comes DRM about games that can be played offline that's diferent.

Cries for the planet...

I take there's also a fee I have to pay if I want to sell or gift that controller to someone in my friend list?

Severely restrictive DRM and an overpriced system. But as long as I get a branded controller and an exclusive achievement, everything's okey-dokey! =__=

Not that I was an Xbox guy before hand, but almost everything they are doing with the Xbox One is the antithesis of what I am looking for in a game console and consumer electronics.

They are trying really hard to make people not notice that Microsoft will be treating them like criminals.

That makes the controller look worse to me...
