A minor quibble—-Gotham By Gaslight takes place in Gotham City. Jack the Ripper, after getting away with murder in London, hops the pond to continue his winning streak in America, only to run afowl of Batman.

I liked the premiere, but I already pay for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Starz. The whole point of streaming is to not pay as much as you do for cable and to not have commercials. The classic downside was you get the episodes a little later. That seemed fair.

Sure, but I don’t think that’s the point of the Calvin story. I think the point of the strip is to show that sometimes there’s nothing you can do and you still have to move on and function without having received justice. It’s a tough lesson that nobody wants to learn.

No, it’s real. I didn’t know it only happened to some people—I’m one of the lucky ones who got to experience it. Crippling, blinding pain. Really sets the mood when you’re trying to, ah, address the issue.

The game belongs to Blizzard in every sense of the word. It’s their world, and you’re just visiting.
