Id say digital is better to actually preorder. Yeah you don’t have to worry about the game not being available, but if it’s a 40+ GB download, preloading is a great thing to be able to do.

Good list, but it really should include Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. The story is pretty straightforward, there's enough action to keep the average person interested, and is incredibly light hearted and fun. It really is the most easily accessible anime that I've seen.
Despite all the hate because this still doesn’t return the game to it’s pre-release graphical levels, how worth it is it to pick this up, for someone who hasn’t played the DLC? I have the base game on PS3, but it’s become a Netflix machine for my girlfriend and me, so having it on PS4 would probably be better anyway.
Yup! I noticed that, too. There’s always an actual visual cue/reason to it as well, such as the shin bone protrusion.
Another interestingly gory detail is the large(20 ft tall) guys with the giant axes, and the similar enemies: When they use a heavy downward attack, they’ll fall and their shin/knees will shoot through their skin(hence the blood splatter and sound effect).
Bloodborne, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, and I’ll be replaying Dishonored, thanks to PS+.
I’ve managed to solo through HR 6 in MH, just to get most of the single player stuff unlocked, gonna keep doing that while I’m sitting in the load screens for Bloodborne...
I think you missed the point of the post you're responding to. Vimeo didn't remove it because the video was NSFW and included violence, but rather, the company that filed the claim simply didn't want this violent and gritty imagining of Power Rangers(that had grown incredibly viral over a short period) to infect…
Personally, if they create a bug that isn't a big deal(I don't play Destiny so I don't know if this is huge, but it doesn't sound like it), I'd rather them push out a build that fixes other things if it introduces something they have a plan to fix the new bugs, as long as they are honest and open about it. Yes,…
Nah, I still prefer my music is CD form, sometimes even Vinyl, depending on the cost. Having the physical object is much better in my opinion. None of this 'you only own a temporary license to this product which can be terminated at any time' crap.
Sadly, I did that, but I'm also trying to get a minor. >.< I also worked a job most of the time I was here, so I've been busy as all hell. But it's cool. My degree's worth what I paid(I hope). Haha. June just can't come soon enough.
Yeah, this /r/games thread has me a bit worried. I'll definitely pick it up, but I'll probably have to wait until it's on sale. It's ok though, with Monster Hunter, Majora's Mask, and all my classwork(I thought senior year of college was supposed to be a little relaxed D:), I doubt I'll have time anyway.
Yup. I preorder from developer's I trust, series I love, or if reviews come out early enough for me to know I'll love it(or something super crazy is in the game I just want to play... Looking at you JFK/Nixon in zombies in Black Ops).
I'll hold off on Dying Light until I can get a solid review to read(I prefer reading…
It's interesting, because Techland said no embargoes, and well... They 'technically' didn't lie. They just didn't send out any copies to be reviewed. Of course, it's almost certainly the publishers fault(WB right?), though maybe Techland isn't as proud of their product as they should be.
Ah, well, thanks for the response, anyway. Was hoping to get some info about the game before I bought it, but I'll just hold off for now(I know that's not anyone at Kotaku's fault, review copies were just going out today, supposedly).
Ah, didn't know that's why some people had access to the game early. I'm not bothered by voice acting, as that's not really what I'm looking for in Dying Light. I got really excited seeing how fluid the player movement is, and it seems well polished and generally fun during the core gameplay(ya know, 'parkouring'…
Been meaning to check it out, can't refuse for that price. Now, I just need to make room on my hard drive...
Dying Light's release is imminent, preorder the PC version for $48
That... Looks like more than just a possibility.
Not a fan honestly. I have moderately large hands, but I can never understand why people say that I should be using an Xbox control. They feel too big, and there's no comfortable location for me to rest my ring and pinky fingers, the angle behind the control doesn't contour quite right.
Personally, I'm a fan of the…
