Yeah, I really hit a low with the last Superman (and the final Dark Knight film). Ugh. Arrow was such a nice surprise. I know it's "small screen," but it has far more heart than either of the above mentioned blockbusters.

The real pity is that Arrow as a series is far better in narrative quality than the last Superman (and the last Batman movie, imho). It will be undersung and underappreciated. Sadly.

The way I read it is that the ACA seems to define "full time" as 30 hours per more a week. So, them cutting these people down to 29.5 hours per week feels a bit decisive. If they had said 25 hours, that's one thing, but 29.5?
