+1. Excellent.

Agreed. Dirty wall? Minor consideration. Scuffed bike? No way.

Serious cyclists usually don't put kickstands on non-commuter bikes because they're looking to keep weight to a minimum... although really serious cyclists have bike stands for their rides so they don't get damaged.

This. Blinking avatars should be outlawed.

My main concern with Infinity is that from what they've shown there doesn't seem to be as much focus on gameplay as on the whiz-bang-it's-neato effect of playing around as these Disney characters. And yeah, that's cool. But art design and neat characters add up to very little if you don't give me entertaining things

I don't think that's going to do it... the system is, realistically, cheap enough to move units. And they did market it. But that's part of the problem... they marketed the Wii— quite effectively— and brought in a whole new audience that promptly discarded the system. It had an appallingly low attach rate compared to

Nah, it's pretty much bombing in 2013. It did okay in the holiday season, but it's been pretty atrocious so far this year (something like 390,000 worldwide in the first three months of 2013). Of course, nothing has been released for the system in months, and they're only launching the VC now, and they've got a lot of

You should pull the trigger on the illuminated one! The three-stage backlighting is insanely nice. And the keys are silent yet have a good amount of travel. I fell in love with it hard— if it wasn't for needing a wireless option with the PC in home theater mode, I'd be using it still as my daily driver. It's a beauty.

The Arc is super comfortable... it's just a shame it's incredibly glossy. I had one for a few days, but returned it because OMG fingerprints.

Is that the laser-etched illuminated Logitech? I love that thing, but mine's in the closet... used to use it with my Bamboo, but shelved both when I rebuilt my desktop as an HTPC. Now I use the wireless Logitech KB400 with the built-in trackpad. Just can't justify actually using my PC much anymore. Nexus/Nexus for me.

It's been two weeks since this article, but Republic Commando wants to remind you it was released eight years ago, and developed internally by LucasArts. And also: that it kicks ass.

NFC is totally rad. But the "even Google's Nexus line" threw me a bit. All the Nexus devices except the very first one have enjoyed NFC (S, GN, N4, N7, N10). You make it sound like Google was late to the party, Whitson!

I appreciate that he takes his beliefs very seriously, but there's no meat to this story. He wanted a refund, Valve gave him one. I'm filing this next to the adopted kid whose parents went apeshit over Portal 2 and that Marshall idiot from years back who flipped out because he didn't realise FFXI required an internet

I don't think that's correct, necessarily. They poll the community all the time, and it Morrowind routinely tops the list as the best installment in the series. Sure, you always love your first Elder Scrolls title (well, unless it's Battlespire)... but Morrowind had a more fully realised, complex, fantastical world

"This mission just got a lot more cock."

The additional step you're referring to (to explicitly permit connection via USB) is new in Android 4.2... otherwise trying to ADB into the phone will just show the device as offline. I don't believe there is any way around it, although I suppose you MIGHT be able to just hard-boot the phone into the stock recovery

If you had told me last year that Star Wars would be murdered by someone NOT named George Lucas, I'd have been... skeptical.

Most of the time the combat serves the game pretty well. But when it falls apart, it REALLY falls apart.

I'm happy with my pin lock and the fact that 4.2 requires confirmation before you can ADB into the device. Otherwise it'll just show OFFLINE whenever you try, say, 'fastboot devices'. So that removes the easiest way for someone to profit by stealing my phone. Can't turn it on without being data-visible, and can't wipe

I'm glad it's F2P, maybe that'll ensure a decent crowd. Planeswalkers is neat, but super limited. Eye of Judgment was uber-rad, but died off in an instant... THAT one still bums me out! Such a fun game...
