Who's more evil? I'm going with toss-up here. Sure, Kotick is Satan. Not going to argue against. But Activision is more profitable and that's resulted in fewer studio closings. EA has shuttered an awful lot of studios in the past thirty-six months, and while I don't blame them for being fiscally responsible, I'm not

This is all just fine by me. Big respect to you, Enterprise Dude, and best of luck completing the project.

@hazelnut1112: I believe removing the card itself has to be done through the .net passport portal. From there, it's pretty straightforward... no more complicated than removing a card from your Amazon account.

If you're particularly interested in the newest features of the Kindle app, then it's the best ebook app for Android. But if all you want is an ebook app that supports side-loaded books and looks good doing it... then I'd suggest Aldiko. I prefer using a format of my choice rather than letting Amazon decide, and I

I dislike the name, dislike the thing's aesthetics, and am utterly disinclined to touch the complete lack of concrete information about this thing's availability... but I have to admit, this is better than I would have believed RIM could do. The OS— or the little we actually can see of it— seems to possess a credible

@ChiChi_BBQ: Cancellation is not impossible at all. There's even an option within the dashboard to deactivate automatic renewals. Takes all of five seconds. The 360's got no shortage of annoyances, but don't make issues out of nothing.

This is certainly not the cup of a carpenter.

@Faiye Munro: What you call mold, I call realistic battle damage.

@rustyaries: I don't think these are so safe as much as they're appropriate. These ads sell the notion that a variety of people can enjoy the fairly simple activities Kinect games are based on. I don't know how much more complicated it needs to be. And thematically, it's kind of exactly the same thing as the gunfight

I find the commercials appealing. It actually makes me kind-of waver on my position to wait out the motion wars until there's a clear winner between Kinect and Move... but these spots kind of remind me of some of the earlier LIVE commercials that used indirect metaphors for the online experience, like the gunfight

I think his apology was appropriate and sufficient. While his original remarks were ill-considered, they didn't seem malicious or pointed. They did require both clarification and and apology, and we've received both... seems fair to let it go.

@belsonc: Just use the default, switch to "songs", select any song with a long press and hit "play". So long as you've got shuffle enabled, it will work.

I'm definitely spending the most browsing time on Chrome these days. And after that, probably the IE9 beta. I don't know why, I just really like the UI changes.

@Johnny.: This guy is selling property that doesn't belong to him— even if it's just a print-out from GameStop's computer, it's still GameStop property, and if he's a GameStop employee they will fire him for it. I wouldn't ever call that smart. Pretty low, sure, but never smart.

@darkboy1200: I hope tons of people are doing that to this guy.

@PillBinge: I don't know that I'd agree. A lot of the pre-order skins and such really don't wind up being available later on. If there was a way I could buy the Collector Armor for ME2 other than shelling out for the limited edition, I would. It appears on Xbox.com as a marketplace item, but there's no way to actually

@JabbaB: The way you wrote that, it implies the GameStop employees actually traveled to the local strip joint with the express purpose of stealing some stripper's $5 bill, and did so on the premises.

@Foxhack: He's not suggesting getting the money back, just using it to reserve another, different title. So really it being credit wouldn't make any difference.

@ManicSockpuppet: Yeah, retail places make no bones about it: this is theft of company property. And I'm sure this guy knows it, even if he's stupid enough to talk publicly about what he's doing. Hope the auctions are worth it, when he's looking for a new job.
