I've had #3 happen to me a number of times. Mostly when my display drivers go all wonky on me!

This game looks absolutely insane! The kinda game where you could die over and over and over and you'll go nuts! But also, the kinda game where you can set up some amazing combo moves. I can't wait to get my hands on it.

My brother's Mac has a variation of voice commands, and I've done this type of thing to him. He'd be working on something and I'd yell from across the room 'open firefox' or 'close iTunes'. I think I got away with it about 4 times before he turned the feature off! I wonder if you can disable voice commands...
