You are correct.

Wow, that looks a lot like Tetris 2 to me. I never played Dr. Mario, so forgive me if I'm not seeing the nuance here.

The thing is, I don't think Nintendo is approaching it that way. I think they are developing fun games, games that very much match what they've been doing for 30 years, and they just trust that the overall package of the system will be appealing to people. While I'm not particularly excited about this game, the Wii-U

It is true if you wanted suspended play, at least in my experience. The updates Mojang puts out are fun, but just for a short while, because they often don't quite involve enough to generate a ton of gameplay.

Man, the art style alone is just incredible. Let's get this guy working with a cool studio to develop a new, indie Earthbound inspired game!

Well, guys like me can. I've got a backlog that I'll never finish, not even in the next two years. My point is, lots of people like me get caught up in the hype and end up buying a new system just to let it sit quietly after a short burst of initial activity. If you're aching for something new, then by all means, get

I have my PC at home hooked up to my HDTV, have some wireless 360 controllers running on it, and I have a control scheme that loads up in joy2key when I startup minecraft. It controls just like the 360 version, if that's the way I want to play it.

Still cheaper ;)

I don't know, that's why I voice my opinion. That's how this sort of thing works. I share a thought, and other people share theirs as well. I've had plenty of people bring up really good points that have helped me understand why the console versions offer certain groups of people value.

The PS3 slim was $100 cheaper than the original model. Then the slim redesign was a bit cheaper still. I'm not saying that this is something that is going to happen here in the next couple years, but it WILL eventually happen. Prices will drop, and demand won't be like it is now even next month.

Really valid point. Definitely the major reason to get a console port.

I agree with you. I wish Minecraft had no need for mods. But the unfortunate thing you realize after you've played for a while is that the game starts to run a bit thin with how much just isn't quite in vanilla to fill the gaps.

Yeah, it's definitely possible. It could be possible on just about any platform, but the question is whether or not it'll happen. With sales going how they are, it probably won't happen. No need with how much success they've had already.

True, but not my point. Every generation of PlayStation has gotten a redesign. So, maybe it will be smaller, maybe it won't. But it'll be cheaper and more power efficient, if it follows the current trend. That's what I want.

True, there is validity to wondering this. I just always have seen the console ports as "Minecraft Lite" and people eventually end up getting the PC version if they really get into it.

Absolutely agree with this. It's often because Mojang doesn't handle the actual ports to other platforms. Pretty sad, but true.

Honestly, I don't know why people bother with any version other than PC one. The PC version has way more features and, if you want to play the game more than a month, you'll need to get mods going.

Why was it you regretted not getting the PS3 earlier?

So, I ordered the Moto G, and that way supposed to have shipped on the 11th and gotten to me by the 13th. Shipments were delayed for everyone, not just Amazon, so does something like this apply?

"...the documents contain no indication that the surveillance ever foiled any terrorist plots, nor is there any clear evidence that terror groups were using the virtual communities to communicate as the intelligence agencies predicted."
