Yeah, I'm going to give it another shot. It's been a while since I've touched it, and I've got it loaded up once more on my computer. I used to play DotA quite a bit, but then went over to LoL, so the shift back to DOTA 2 has felt... a bit like going back to old game mechanics after playing something much newer. I'll

I actually feel that LoL has some pretty amazing macro play, with map control and jungling being pretty key in the overall strategy. The kinds of fights that happen outside the lanes in LoL, to me, are just awesome. I'm not saying that doesn't happen in DotA or DOTA 2, but LoL does allow for some pretty awesome, quick

I know that a lot of people are saying this adds to the depth, but I really, really think that the hidden stores and denying are really, really backwards and create some pretty glaring balance issues. Of course, these issues are overcome by team composition and the like, which means you really need to be playing in a

I have a really hard time seeing DOTA 2 as something that is "about to become the most popular game on PC", but maybe I just haven't played enough of it lately to have a good sense of whether that will be the case or not. I just can't get over the fact that so many of the "broken" mechanics from DotA are being clung

So, this is pretty close to how I have my media center setup. I have XBMC all configured, but I have been using Windows Media Center still, simply because XBMC's support for Netflix and Hulu always seems to be hit and miss for me. Has anyone managed to get really solid Netflix support with XBMC?

Yeah, that's why my little bit of "if the price is right" was up there. Apple has a tendency to get what they want in content, but then let the prices soar. I really don't think it will be any other way, but we'll see.

So, I know there have been several attempts to make this happen in the past. I know that companies like Netflix and (with the strict supervision of its parent companies) Hulu have already been pushing to try and slowly make this a reality for a while now. If Apple succeeds, though, I won't hesitate to buy their

True enough. Worth keeping my eye on, for certain.

Well, that is a bit of a bummer...

PLEASE back up what you are saying with references! The PC WILL run at 1080P: http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/dark-souls/1225756p1.html

Your statements are odd, and generalizing, so let me just say that we need sources here. There have been lots of complaints, but nobody has really looked at whether these issues exist.

Too many companies rely upon this argument, in my opinion. It's frustrating when most of the perks offered basically require me to go out and spend money on something and get a discount, or receive products that I am not particularly interested in owning and cannot sell because they are received as part of my pay.

So, I am curious... Why do you feel so strongly about it? I am certain you have reasons for why War 3 was not as good, but I would love to hear them instead of just reading it simply wasn't as good. Elaborate a bit :D

Yeah, I wasn't in love with the original cat woman design for the Arkham series, either.

Amish Mormon? I laughed a bit at that one ^_^

Wow, my exact reaction as well. It's like teens from the 80s were brought to our time and asked to design the plastic cases for the Wii U :P

Well, certain components can be pretty sensitive to heat. I would guess it has to do with a failure of some hardware when it simply gets too hot. I don't know enough to even guess what that would be, but yeah, hot weather certainly can make certain electronics behave differently.

No worries. I'm hoping that the system will be handled well, at the very least. But with how well Origins did, I doubt they're just going to slap Legends together.

Everyone knows Goldeneye was the first FPS!

Man, I'm sorry my comment bothered you so much :\ Like I said, something about it just feels a bit gimmicky to me, but it doesn't mean I won't try it. So lighten up, I'm sure there will be plenty of fun to be had by all ^_^
