Yep. Neither does adopting children of color (a very sad situation I've witnessed), also known as the Andrew Jackson corollary.

I was so happy last week on Sleepy Hollow when Captain Irving and Abbie schooled Ichabod on his bff Thomas Jefferson! [apologies if you have no idea what I'm talking about]

I HATE it when people say, "I'm <insert ethnicity here> I can't be racist!" STFU. Yes you can and you sound like an idiot when you say that.

I also appreciate that the show was clear that sleeping with people of other races does not ipso facto make one anti-racist. Also known as the Thomas Jefferson Corollary.

Or Mulan, for fuck's sake! The girl joined the army and learned mad martial arts skills! Who wouldn't want to play as her?

I've always heard to avoid books and toys from places like Dollar Tree especially for kids that still mouth things. I don't know how true this is but my kid is 5 and we still refrain from buying toys from dollar stores - except for Whoopie cushions. We go through those pretty fast.

That's so weird, because the dolls look pretty normal.

There's obviously something wrong with me, because your description of the imagined video has had me snorting with laughter for a good five minutes. Ugh. It's clearly one of THOSE days. Vodka for lunch, anyone?

Um... Jasmine had a motherfucking tiger....

I know right... She was a badass in her own right before she married that oaf!

My kids are obsessed with this video game, so I've been hearing about it ad nauseum for a couple months now. My biggest peeve is that they are calling Elastigirl Mrs. Incredible. My boys don't think much of that idea either.

By that logic both tadpoles and penises are real people!

My high school wasn't allowed to have any sex ed classes (Yay Bible Belt!) we were also the #1 school, in the #1 county for teen pregnancy (Yay for obvious correlation!)

This strike is different than others in that it won't be ongoing; the truckers are planning periodic one-day strikes to allow them to keep up the visibility of their campaign and avoid losing their jobs.

This is true- remember that the way they keep the prices so low is because the manufacturers must use factories that give the lowest possible prices before the stores can mark up the garments and make a profit. That top you buy at F21 that cost $12.99 was most likely marked up 70% from the cost of production to get to

As long as people continue to shop at megastores like this, they will exist. The best thing we can do to protest is NOT SHOP AT THEM. What poster Gallopinggerbil pointed out is true- most of these shitty clothing stores have tons of stock; a day won't matter.

Fuck I hate these stores, and all the others that build their whole business models on unrealistically low prices. Unfortunately it's so common these days that there aren't a tonne of stores left to shop at.

I would frolic through a field of tulips in that dress!

It's just unfortunate that the producers or distributors felt necessary the presence of Keanu.
