I live pretty close to Ho-ho-kus. The Tappen Zee and GW Bridge are more-or-less the same distance, mileage-wise, but the traffic on an average day is so much less north of the GW that you’re almost better off time-wise and cost wise to go up to the Tappen Zee to get into NYC.

I am confused. Why would you buy a 570S? You could probably get a 540C tuned up to 570 power numbers for less than the difference in price. For many buying these cars, $20K is still a significant amount of cash, especially considering how McLarens depreciate.
